Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand the mental health needs of clients and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize solution-based therapeutic interventions to guide clients through challenges and support their mental wellness journey.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records using our electronic health record (EHR) system to ensure compliance and continuity of care.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and other social workers, to share insights and coordinate care strategies.
• Provide education, resources, and emotional support to clients and their families, enhancing their understanding of mental health issues and available treatment options.
• Stay informed about current mental health research, best practices, and new methodologies to continually enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse range of patients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. This role requires a deep understanding of various cultural backgrounds and the ability to provide culturally competent care. Your empathetic approach will be crucial in helping clients feel understood and supported during their therapeutic process.

Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Tennessee.
• Solid understanding and skillset in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for problem-solving and building rapport.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in a mental health setting, preferably outpatient.
• Familiarity with electronic health record software and telehealth technology.
• Experience providing therapy in a remote setting is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits
