Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will encompass delivering psychotherapy services and addressing a range of mental health conditions in diverse populations. Specific tasks include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to understand the mental health needs of clients, followed by developing personalized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based best practices.
• Executing a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to each client’s unique preferences and treatment goals.
• Maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations by keeping accurate and up-to-date clinical records, ensuring confidentiality and ethical standards are upheld.
• Working in partnership with psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow mental health professionals to provide coordinated care and engage in case consultations for enhanced treatment effectiveness.
• Educating patients and their families on mental health issues, including treatment options, community resources, and coping strategies, empowering them to take an active role in their care.
• Staying informed about advancements in clinical practices and integrating new knowledge into your methodologies to continually improve clinical efficacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will serve a diverse client base across various demographics and mental health challenges. Our patients come from all walks of life, often experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other complex mental health issues. Your expertise and individualized approach will foster trust and collaboration with these individuals and their families, ultimately promoting a healthier community.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• A valid and active LCSW license in the state of Illinois.
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience, emphasizing therapeutic engagements.
• Strong foundation in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques.
• Exemplary communication skills and a strong ability to interface with clients and colleagues alike.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, experience in hospice care and familiarity with interdisciplinary collaboration are highly desirable. Proficiency in telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems is a plus, as we utilize technology to enhance service delivery while minimizing administrative burdens.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to financial remuneration, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
