Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering a variety of therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to meet the particular needs and preferences of patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on assisting patients and families in hospice care, addressing the intersection of mental health and chronic illness, grief, and end-of-life issues. Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • A current and valid licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience, particularly with an emphasis on therapeutic services.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing solution-focused psychotherapy techniques.
