Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate client needs, strengths, and treatment options, ensuring the development of individualized treatment plans.
  • Deliver a range of psychotherapy services to clients experiencing various mental health issues, employing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based interventions tailored to meet patient needs.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and all relevant regulatory standards, ensuring confidentiality and quality of care.
  • Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to provide coordinated and holistic patient care.
  • Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, fostering a culture of shared learning and improving the quality of care.
  • Provide education and resources to patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment protocols, and community support options, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery journey.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 83,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
