Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality psychotherapy services, including but not limited to:

• Conducting in-depth clinical assessments to identify patient needs and developing personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based interventions.
• Utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) tailored to individual client preferences and conditions.
• Maintaining thorough and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies to ensure quality care and protect client confidentiality.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals—including psychiatrists and psychologists—to ensure integrated and effective treatment solutions for clients.
• Participating in ongoing case consultations and peer review meetings aimed at continuously improving service delivery and therapeutic outcomes.
• Providing education and resources to clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources.
• Staying informed of the latest research and developments in clinical practices and mental health to enhance your therapeutic approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals from various socio-economic backgrounds dealing with conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics. Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of post-graduate clinical experience focused on psychotherapy.
• Proficient in solution-focused therapeutic interventions and motivated to stay up-to-date with clinical techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
• Strong analytical skills and capacity to work collaboratively within a team setting.

Preferred Experience

• Experience delivering therapy in a virtual setting, including familiarity with telehealth platforms and techniques.
• Previous work with specific populations such as children, teens, or individuals with complex trauma.
• Knowledge of community resources and support systems available for clients.
