Key Responsibilities

  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy, and mindfulness strategies, backed by clinical research.
  • Advocate for clients by helping them set realistic and achievable life goals, connecting them to community resources, and providing educational support.
  • Document treatment progress and maintain accurate client records while adhering to confidentiality and ethical standards.
  • Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other mental health professionals to ensure clients receive holistic care.

Qualifications
