Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings of clients to evaluate their mental health status, establishing accurate diagnoses that inform treatment strategies.
• Create personalized treatment plans that cater to the unique challenges and objectives of each client, employing evidence-based practices to ensure effectiveness.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing techniques that resonate with a diverse clientele to promote dialogue, healing, and skill development.
• Engage in active collaboration with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for all clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a member of Pulse Heart Counseling, LLC, you will work closely with a diverse population of clients experiencing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Evidence of specialized training or extensive experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating competency in handling a range of mental health disorders.
• A solid understanding of and ability to apply evidence-based practices for various therapeutic approaches.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating rapport-building and motivation within the therapeutic relationship.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a virtual therapy environment, exhibiting competence in telehealth technologies and platforms.

Compensation and Benefits

• A competitive salary, ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
