Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging virtual therapy sessions for individuals and groups, adapting techniques to meet diverse client needs and ensure maximum effectiveness.
• Develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that focus on clients’ individual goals, utilizing systematic assessment tools and feedback to guide progress.
• Collaborate with fellow team members in a remote setting to coordinate care, share insights, and employ interdisciplinary strategies that enhance client outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, offering resources and coping strategies to support their mental health journeys.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a wide range of clients, from children and adolescents to adults and families facing various mental health challenges. Our clients may include individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other psychological concerns. Your expertise will be crucial in providing culturally sensitive support that meets the unique needs of each individual.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited university.
• A valid Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license issued by the state of Massachusetts.
• At least two years of clinical experience post-licensure, demonstrating your ability to provide effective therapeutic interventions.
• Strong skills in conducting diagnostic assessments and creating comprehensive treatment plans that address clients' needs.
• Commitment to ethical, inclusive, and culturally responsive practices that foster client trust and engagement.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in telehealth environments, utilizing technology to deliver therapy effectively.
• Familiarity with hospice care principles and an understanding of the challenges faced by clients in palliative settings.
• Training or certification in specific therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, or trauma-informed care.

Compensation and Benefits
