Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough teletherapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families via secure video conferencing tools, creating a safe space for clients to explore their concerns.
• Perform comprehensive assessments to identify client needs, strengths, and challenges, leading to the development of personalized and effective treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions and coping strategies tailored to each client’s unique circumstances, incorporating techniques suitable for diverse populations.
• Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of client records, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations while utilizing electronic health record systems for documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele encompasses a broad spectrum of individuals from various backgrounds, each presenting their own unique challenges and needs. As a part-time LCSW, you will have the opportunity to work with children, adolescents, adults, and families, providing support in areas including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and relationship dynamics. Your role is vital to fostering resilience and facilitating positive mental health outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (BSW) is required; however, candidates with a Master’s degree or higher in Social Work (MSW or DSW) will be strongly considered.
• Possession of an active LCSW license for the state of Oregon is mandatory.
• Proficiency in teletherapy practices is desirable, providing insight into remote service delivery.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with other team members.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in telehealth service delivery is highly preferred, as interactions with clients will primarily occur through virtual platforms.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic models such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Solution-Focused Therapy.
• Background in working with culturally diverse populations and a commitment to fostering an inclusive atmosphere within the therapeutic relationship.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer competitive compensation, with a salary range of USD 50,000 to 70,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.
