Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth virtual assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and formulate personalized treatment plans based on their unique circumstances.
• Deliver engaging and effective telehealth counseling sessions using our designated online platforms, adapting your approach to fit various client needs and challenges.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies while ensuring timely documentation of sessions and progress.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive client care and support.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities, staying current with best practices in mental health counseling and telehealth service delivery.
• Proactively engage with clients to motivate and guide them through their therapeutic journeys, addressing barriers to treatment and promoting positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field; a Master’s Degree or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
• An active state license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington.
• A minimum of three years of experience in providing counseling services, preferably in clinical or telehealth settings.
• Strong clinical skills and theoretical knowledge of mental health practices, with a focus on telehealth modalities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients and foster a trusting therapeutic relationship.
• An ability to be flexible and adapt to the dynamics of a remote working environment, respecting the diverse needs of clients.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience utilizing telehealth platforms for counseling or therapy sessions.
• A demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations and address a wide array of mental health issues.

• Membership in relevant professional organizations is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The yearly salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 95,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
