Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be entrusted with numerous responsibilities, which include:

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) tailored to individual client needs.

• Educating clients and their families regarding mental health diagnoses, treatment options, and medicines.
• Facilitating individual, group, and family therapy sessions that are grounded in evidence-based practices.
• Developing personalized treatment plans alongside clients to ensure their goals are effectively met.
• Assisting clients in navigating mental health services and advocating for their rights and needs.
• Leading group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and discharge planning meetings to support client transitions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In your role, you will serve a diverse patient population with varying mental health needs, ensuring that each individual receives tailored and compassionate care. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• An active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
