Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and create individualized treatment plans that adhere to established best practices.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) during virtual sessions, customizing interventions for each client's unique needs.

• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in secure electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals through virtual consultations, enhancing the holistic care provided to clients.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to improve service quality, utilizing video conferencing tools.

• Provide education and resources to clients and their families regarding mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources, maximizing the impact of your support.

• Stay current on mental health trends and advancements through virtual training opportunities, applying new knowledge to enhance your clinical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will manage a diverse clientele, including individuals facing various mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. Your therapeutic approach will be tailored to suit the unique experiences and backgrounds of each client, fostering a supportive and trusting environment that encourages healing and growth.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-R) in the state of New York.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy services, demonstrating a strong foundation in mental health treatment.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster relationships using virtual platforms.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 per year, reflective of your experience and expertise in the field. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
