Emotional Restoration Counseling Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a remote, full-time capacity. Key Responsibilities
  • Your foremost responsibility is to provide compassionate care to patients, fostering a supportive therapeutic relationship.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' emotional and mental health needs to understand their current situations.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans that outline specific goals and strategies to help clients improve their mental health.
  • Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions to assist clients in reaching their mental health goals, adapting your approach as necessary based on client progress.
  • Regularly evaluate treatment effectiveness, making adjustments to plans as needed to meet the evolving needs of your clients.
  • Document all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with organizational procedures and HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the hospice center, ensuring a holistic approach to patient care.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to stay abreast of best practices in social work.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to facilitate a smooth workflow and efficient operations.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily involve supporting clients across a range of age groups within a hospice setting. You will encounter individuals facing life-limiting illnesses and their families, requiring sensitivity and understanding of the emotional and psychological impact of such experiences. Qualifications
  • A current Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work, along with a valid LCSW license in Oregon.
  • A minimum of 2 years of practical experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
  • Strong competence in telehealth practices, ensuring effective remote engagement with clients.
  • In-depth knowledge of mental health conditions, therapeutic techniques, and an ability to create effective treatment strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, characterized by a friendly demeanor, exceptional communication, and a genuine eagerness to support clients.
Preferred Experience
