Position Overview

The Transformative Psychotherapy Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. This position offers an exciting opportunity to provide essential mental health services within our community health clinic setting, where you will deliver comprehensive counseling, therapy, and case management services to a diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health statuses and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs and circumstances.
  • Provide evidence-based individual, group, and family counseling sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities to support diverse client needs.
  • Monitor client progress regularly, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary, and ensure that clients are effectively achieving their therapeutic goals.
  • Collaborate with a team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, ensuring integration of care and sharing relevant insights to enhance client outcomes.
  • Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute distress, working to stabilize situations and connect them to appropriate resources.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely records of all client interactions, care plans, and progress notes using our electronic health record (EHR) system.
  • Stay current with advancements in mental healthcare techniques and best practices through continuous learning and participation in training opportunities.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse range of clients facing various challenges, including but not limited to mental health disorders, substance use issues, and life transitions such as relationship difficulties and grief. Our center is dedicated to serving individuals from all walks of life, and as an LCSW, you will play a critical role in supporting your clients through their unique journeys towards recovery and empowerment.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.
  • A current and valid state license to practice clinical social work (LCSW) is non-negotiable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster robust relationships with clients and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a caseload while also being an active team player.
  • Exceptional sensitivity and discretion when handling confidential client information.

Compensation and Benefits
