The Transformative Psychotherapy Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health statuses and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs and circumstances.
  • Provide evidence-based individual, group, and family counseling sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities to support diverse client needs.
  • Monitor client progress regularly, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary, and ensure that clients are effectively achieving their therapeutic goals.
  • Collaborate with a team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, ensuring integration of care and sharing relevant insights to enhance client outcomes.
  • Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute distress, working to stabilize situations and connect them to appropriate resources.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely records of all client interactions, care plans, and progress notes using our electronic health record (EHR) system.
  • Stay current with advancements in mental healthcare techniques and best practices through continuous learning and participation in training opportunities.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse range of clients facing various challenges, including but not limited to mental health disorders, substance use issues, and life transitions such as relationship difficulties and grief. Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits
