Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one mental health counseling sessions with clients via secure video chat platforms, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to ethical standards.
• Implement solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to each individual’s unique challenges, thereby maximizing their potential for recovery and growth.
• Design personalized treatment plans that address the specific needs of each client, incorporating their feedback and progress throughout therapy.
• Guide clients in exploring and gaining insights into their thoughts, emotions, and relationship dynamics to foster personal development and healing.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate clients’ progress, adapting treatment plans as needed to promote effective coping strategies and emotional stability.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary client focus includes stable and low-acuity adults experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, particularly those arising from the heightened stress and anxiety prevalent in society today. By employing teletherapy, our clinicians can reach a diverse client base across urban, suburban, and rural communities, making mental health services more accessible than ever before.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Hold a current, state-issued mental health counseling license for independent practice in Missouri. Candidates must possess a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) designation, with no limited or provisional licenses accepted.
• No history of disciplinary actions against your license.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding essential for client engagement and rapport.
• Proficient computer skills with a suitable personal computer equipped with webcam and audio capabilities for virtual sessions.
• A stable and reliable internet connection to facilitate uninterrupted client care.

Preferred Experience

While all qualified applicants are encouraged to apply, preference will be given to candidates who have prior teletherapy experience and proficiency in various therapeutic modalities. Compensation and Benefits

Gotham Enterprises Ltd offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, dependent on hours worked and experience. Additional benefits include:
