The Operations Fulfillment Manager role is an individual contributor position that blends client service, operations, and a sales and recruitment mindset. What You Will DoFacilitate the introduction of students and tutors based on academic needs and student preferencesServe as a primary point of contact for tutors, providing proactive communication and supportManage active tutoring engagements to ensure smooth scheduling and service deliveryActively support new tutor acquisition to meet regional and subject demandMaintain accurate records in CRM and internal systemsResolve scheduling issues and service concerns with professionalism and empathyMonitor performance metrics related to placements, satisfaction, retention, and tutor supplyContribute to a positive and collaborative team cultureWho Thrives HereYou're naturally a people person. The position operates in a multi-monitor workstation environment (typically three monitors) and involves frequent switching between systems, screens, and applications to manage client, tutor, and scheduling information in real time. Team members must be comfortable working in a high-volume, multi-screen setting that requires sustained focus, multitasking, and the ability to quickly interpret and act on information from multiple sources while engaging with clients and tutors.BenefitsHealth, dental & vision insurance with a $125/mo company contributionCompany-sponsored life insurance17 days PTO to start, growing to 22 days + 6 paid HolidaysCompensation$45,000–$65,000 annually OTE. This is a full-time hourly position with monthly performance-based compensation tied to measurable production outcomes. Total earnings may vary based on individual performance and seasonal demand.Schedule100% remote! This department operates from 6 AM - 7 PM PST Monday through Friday with rotating Saturday shifts. We're primarily hiring with the range of 9AM–7 PM PST shift, with a one hour lunch break.
