Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibility will involve conducting clinical mental health services through video conferencing platforms. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you are expected to:

• Perform ethical and compassionate individual counseling sessions via video chat while maintaining confidentiality.
• Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that align with their goals and desires for mental wellness.
• Guide clients in gaining insight into their feelings and personal experiences, fostering self-awareness and growth.
• Regularly monitor and assess client progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Help clients develop and implement effective coping strategies to manage stress and emotional challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who are seeking support for various life stressors or mental health challenges. The clients served through our platform come from diverse backgrounds, and your ability to empathize and build rapport will be essential in helping them achieve their mental health goals. Qualifications

To excel in this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current and valid state license, such as:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Master Social Worker - Clinical Specialty (MSW-C)
• Psychologist (PsyD)
• Independently licensed, with no disciplinary actions against your practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a compassionate demeanor.
• Proficiency in utilizing technology and a reliable, stable Internet connection.

Preferred Experience

We prefer candidates who have experience in teletherapy and a familiarity with various therapeutic modalities. Previous work in school settings or with educational institutions can be advantageous, given this role’s connection to student mental health improvement.

Compensation and Benefits
