Remote work allows organizations to access a broader talent pool and can increase flexibility for workers. Companies with a remote workforce typically use video conferencing, project management software, and cloud-based systems to maintain productivity and communication. This approach has grown in popularity due to advances in technology and changing attitudes about work-life balance.
