• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients’ histories and determine their specific treatment needs.
• Develop, implement, and tailor individualized treatment plans aimed at fostering trauma recovery, resilience, and holistic well-being.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) in individual and group therapy settings.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing techniques that encourage clients to process their trauma experiences and develop effective coping strategies.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other multidisciplinary team members to deliver integrated care that addresses all aspects of patient health.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring clients receive the care they need in critical situations.
• Educate clients and their families on trauma responses and effective coping mechanisms while providing them with resources for ongoing support.
• Maintain up-to-date, confidential documentation in accordance with all legal and ethical guidelines.
• Participate in professional development activities, case consultations, and team meetings focusing on best practices in trauma-informed care.
• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in trauma therapy to enhance service delivery.

Our mental health professionals work primarily with individuals suffering from various trauma-related conditions, including but not limited to post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and have varying experiences of trauma, necessitating an empathetic approach to healing that respects their unique journeys.

• Bachelor's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Current and valid licensure as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in mental health counseling is required.
• Strong understanding of trauma-related disorders and proficiency in trauma-informed treatment modalities.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering trauma-focused therapies, including EMDR and TF-CBT.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging clients in a compassionate and non-judgmental manner.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and effectively respond to high-stress situations.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and related computer applications.
• A collaborative mindset, ready to work within a multidisciplinary team.

• At least two years of experience specifically focused on trauma-informed care and interventions.
• Demonstrated knowledge of resilience-building approaches and community resources available for trauma patients.
• History of conducting community workshops or educational sessions related to mental health and trauma.

The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
