Job description

This Position in home-based within New Hampshire and requires regular travel throughout the state.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist leads recruitment efforts across the organization, including workforce pipeline development for ACE positions and recruitment support for corporate and program staff roles. This position partners with hiring managers, Long-Term Supports staff, consumers, and community organizations to attract, source, and screen qualified candidates while supporting long-term workforce development and staffing stability.

While the Talent Acquisition Specialist may operate from a remote work environment, this not a fully virtual position. This position is expected to actively engage with communities across New Hampshire through workforce development initiatives, recruitment events, community partnerships, networking opportunities, and stakeholder meetings.

Frequent statewide travel is required to:

  • Attend job fairs, career fairs, and hiring events
  • Develop partnerships with educational institutions, workforce development organizations, and community agencies
  • Engage with consumers, hiring managers, and program staff
  • Promote employment opportunities and workforce development initiatives
  • Support recruitment efforts in the regions GSIL serves.
