EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, PATIENT CARE SERVICES (RN) – CRITICAL CAREJOB OVERVIEW

Seeking an accomplished Executive Director, Patient Care Services (RN) to provide strategic and operational leadership for critical care service lines. This senior nursing leader will oversee multiple patient care departments, drive quality and patient safety initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, optimize operational performance, and lead the development of high-performing clinical teams.

This role combines executive leadership with hands-on oversight of critical care operations, focusing on exceptional patient outcomes, workforce engagement, clinical excellence, and organizational growth.

REQUIREMENTSEducation
  • Master's Degree in Nursing required
  • Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience

  • Previous Director or Executive-level nursing leadership experience preferred
  • Extensive experience in ICU, Step-Down, or comparable critical care environments
Licensure & Certifications
