As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will engage with clients through various therapeutic modalities, conducting both couple and individual therapy sessions. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing thorough assessments and developing personalized treatment plans for clients.
• Facilitating family therapy sessions aimed at addressing complex relational dynamics and enhancing familial communication.
• Utilizing evidence-based practices to assist clients in managing and overcoming issues such as grief, loss, conflicts, and blended family dynamics.
• Documenting progress notes and managing client records in accordance with organizational policies and ethical standards.
• Actively participating in team meetings and professional development sessions to enhance therapeutic skills and stay informed on best practices.

Your work will focus on a diverse range of patient populations, including adult individuals, couples, and families. You will address issues commonly faced by your clients, such as:

• Alcohol and substance abuse recovery.
• Physical and psychological abuse recovery.
• Grief and loss, including adjustment challenges.
• Family conflicts, sibling rivalry, and cut-offs between family members.
• Job-related stress and medical issues impacting family dynamics.
• Support for blended families and those navigating separation or divorce.
• Mother/daughter conflicts and overall communication difficulties.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A strong commitment to clinical excellence and ethical practice in behavioral health.

While recent graduates are encouraged to apply, candidates with the following experiences will be regarded favorably:
