What is a remote workflow consultant?

A Remote Workflow Consultant is a professional who specializes in analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes and workflows for organizations, typically while working remotely. They assess current procedures, identify inefficiencies, and recommend solutions to improve productivity and collaboration, often leveraging digital tools and automation. By working remotely, they can serve clients from different locations, providing flexibility and access to a broader range of expertise. Their goal is to help businesses operate more smoothly and efficiently, especially in distributed or hybrid work environments.
