About this role

Within Wealth & Investment Management (WIM), the Advisor Recruiting team is responsible for driving the firm's organic growth by attracting top Financial Advisors across all Wells Fargo Advisors channels.

Wells Fargo is seeking a Sales Enablement Lead - Advisor Recruiting & Integration to play a pivotal role in advancing advisor recruiting and onboarding integration by delivering tools, insights, reporting, and content that improve execution across the full recruiting lifecycle.

This role will focus on data-driven analysis, go-to-market strategy execution, sales enablement, and integration support, ensuring a seamless transition from recruiting through advisor onboarding and productivity ramp. You will help build a more connected, insight-driven recruiting and integration model across the organization.

You will partner closely with recruiting teams, Market Leaders, Branch Managers, and integration stakeholders to enhance outcomes through better use of technology, deeper insights, and consistent execution.

In this role, you will:

Drive sales enablement & recruiting execution

  • Provide sales enablement support to recruiting teams, Market Leaders, and Branch Managers to improve productivity and outcomes
  • Support execution of go-to-market recruiting strategies across markets and advisor segments
  • Improve consistency and effectiveness across the recruiting lifecycle-from prospecting through close

Support advisor integration & onboarding enablement

  • Partner with integration stakeholders to support a seamless transition from candidate acceptance through onboarding
  • Identify opportunities to improve the advisor onboarding experience, speed to productivity, and early retention
  • Align recruiting and integration processes to ensure continuity and strong candidate/advisor experience

Lead data-driven insights & performance analytics

  • Analyze recruiting and integration performance, pipeline activity, and key trends to identify opportunities and risks
  • Develop dashboards and reporting that provide clear visibility into:
    • Pipeline health and conversion
    • Recruiting activity and productivity
    • Integration progress and early success indicators
    • Market and team performance
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights that drive decision-making and execution

Support technology integration & innovation

  • Partner on the integration and optimization of recruiting and onboarding technologies (CRM, data platforms, and emerging AI capabilities)
  • Identify opportunities to leverage automation, analytics, and AI tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Help evolve tools that enhance prospecting, pipeline management, onboarding workflows, and integration tracking

Enhance recruiting content & advisor messaging

  • Support development of recruiting and onboarding content aligned to the Wells Fargo Advisors value proposition
  • Create and refine materials that help teams communicate effectively with advisor prospects and new hires
  • Partner with stakeholders on targeted recruiting and integration campaigns and initiatives

Drive continuous improvement & field enablement

  • Monitor key performance indicators and feedback loops to identify opportunities to improve recruiting and integration effectiveness
  • Support training, adoption, and change management for new tools, reporting, and processes
  • Partner with stakeholders to refine workflows, improve user experience, and strengthen execution across the field
  • Contribute across initiatives as a flexible, solutions-oriented team member, helping the broader team deliver results

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, including Management or leadership experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 4+ years of management or leadership experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in wealth management, financial services, or advisor recruiting
  • Experience supporting or partnering with advisor onboarding, integration, or transition teams
  • Background in technology integration, automation, or AI-enabled workflows
  • Experience developing sales enablement or marketing content
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional partnership experience
  • Interest in continuous learning, innovation, and improving how teams operate
  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, business strategy, analytics, recruiting operations, or related field
  • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data visualization/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate clearly to leadership and field teams

  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$185,000.00 - $300,000.00
