Job description

Discover an exciting part-time opportunity to make a difference in students’ lives through a virtual SLP assignment in a supportive therapeutic day school setting. This contract position, available immediately and continuing through June of 2027, is ideally suited for speech-language pathologists eager to blend their clinical expertise with the flexibility of remote work.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Illinois SLP license and Professional Educator License (PEL) required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Minimum of two years of recent, school-based SLP experience
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Comfort with technology for case management, assessment, and teletherapy delivery

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide virtual direct and consultative speech-language services to students with diverse needs
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and IEP goals in alignment with school standards
