Align Rehabilitation & Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled Clinical Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our team in a full-time capacity. This position is primarily remote, offering the convenience of working from home while still being an integral part of our outpatient team. You will engage in regular virtual meetings with colleagues to share insights, strategies, and support. • Conduct thorough mental health diagnostic assessments to evaluate and diagnose client needs effectively.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances and objectives.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of client interactions, treatment plan revisions, and diagnostic updates, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of therapy interventions and adjust approaches according to client feedback and observable outcomes.
• Provide empathetic support and empower clients as they work through challenges related to mental health and cultural identity.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals to identify and address gaps in community mental health services.
• Incorporate creative therapy techniques and interventions to enhance client engagement and success in achieving their treatment goals.
• Participate in regular supervision and professional development sessions to strengthen skills in cultural competence and improve treatment efficacy.

Your clients will encompass a wide range of demographics and cultural backgrounds, reflecting the diverse community we serve in Hazleton, Pennsylvania. You will work with individuals, couples, and families facing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. Your role is vital in providing culturally sensitive care that respects each client's values while facilitating their mental wellness journey.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or a comparable credential.
• A minimum of three years of experience in counseling, ideally within outpatient settings.
• Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues alike.
• Proficiency in establishing and maintaining healthy professional boundaries with clients.

While not required, experience working with diverse populations and utilizing innovative therapeutic modalities will be valued. Candidates with a background in teletherapy or online counseling platforms will have an advantage given the remote nature of this position.

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD $90,000 to $100,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health and dental insurance, retirement plans, tuition reimbursement, and professional development assistance.
