We operate on a Monday to Friday schedule, with work hours set from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., allowing you weekends and evenings free to recharge.

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms and other challenges.
• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, aligning with their specific goals, preferences, and overall mental health needs.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and systems therapy approaches.
• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, coping mechanisms, and self-care techniques to empower them throughout their therapeutic journey.
• Track client progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes and addressing any changes in client condition.
• Collaborate seamlessly with psychiatrists and other health professionals to provide integrated care that enhances the overall treatment process.
• Engage in continuous professional education and stay abreast of the latest research on mood disorders and therapy methodologies to enrich client care.
• Maintain proper documentation, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines governing patient confidentiality.
• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and engage in professional development opportunities that foster a culture of growth and knowledge sharing.
• Advocate not only for clients' individual needs but also for broader societal changes that reduce the stigma associated with mental health conditions.

Your primary focus will be on individuals and families facing a range of mental health challenges, particularly related to relationship issues such as divorce, family conflict, and emotional distress. • Must possess an active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a relevant field is required.

• A nonjudgmental attitude and a high level of empathy and sympathy are necessary to support clients through their struggles.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Previous experience in an outpatient mental health setting is preferred.

• The salary range for this role is between USD 70,000 and 90,000 annually, dependent on qualifications and experience.
