Brave Mental Behavioral Services is actively seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our innovative care team. This full-time position offers the unique opportunity to work remotely while providing impactful therapy to clients in need of support in their personal lives, particularly in the realms of divorce and relationship counseling.

Work Environment

  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms and other challenges.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, aligning with their specific goals, preferences, and overall mental health needs.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and systems therapy approaches.
  • Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, coping mechanisms, and self-care techniques to empower them throughout their therapeutic journey.
  • Track client progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes and addressing any changes in client condition.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with psychiatrists and other health professionals to provide integrated care that enhances the overall treatment process.
