Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will engage in a variety of responsibilities crucial to the mental health of our clients:

  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and screenings during initial consultations to understand clients' mental health concerns and treatment needs.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address specific client challenges while setting achievable goals for progress.
  • Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions emphasizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
  • Maintain an open line of communication and collaborate regularly with the multidisciplinary treatment team to deliver cohesive and integrated client care.
  • Educate and engage clients' families in the recovery process, equipping them with valuable insights and tools to support their loved ones effectively.
  • Ensure thorough documentation of treatment progress and maintain accurate and confidential client records following regulatory standards.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

  • Completion of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
