• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to assess client needs, providing comprehensive mental health support.
• Develop tailored treatment plans that address each client’s unique circumstances and goals, continuously evaluating their progress.
• Educate clients and their families on available mental health resources, ensuring they have the tools they need to succeed outside of sessions.
• Keep abreast of latest research, methodologies, and trends in social work and mental health to inform practice and intervention strategies.
• Utilize telehealth platforms effectively to conduct therapy sessions, manage documentation, and engage in case management.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

In this role, you will primarily focus on serving elderly populations, addressing a spectrum of mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, and adjustment disorders. Your work will greatly impact their quality of life, helping clients navigate the challenges that come with aging, such as loss, loneliness, and transitions in health care needs. You will ensure that each client receives compassionate, individualized care that respects their unique life experiences and promotes resilience and autonomy.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.
• An active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) designation in the state of Nevada.
• Demonstrated experience (minimum of 2 years) in a clinical social work setting, preferably with elderly populations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to engage clients and families empathetically.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency with telehealth technology.

• Experience in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices.
• A proven track record of collaborating with a multidisciplinary team within a remote environment.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care and in-depth understanding of mental health challenges faced by seniors.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to salary, employees receive a comprehensive benefits package, including:
