Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions, tailoring treatment strategies to address diverse client needs.
• Assess and diagnose mental health disorders using evidence-based methods and collaborate on developing personalized treatment plans that align with client goals.
• Proactively monitor client progress through regular check-ins and adjustments to treatment modalities as needed; work collaboratively with clients to set actionable treatment goals.
• Provide vital crisis intervention services, ensuring clients receive immediate support and referrals to necessary resources when circumstances arise.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation in alignment with state standards and ethical guidelines, employing advanced record-keeping practices.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including workshops, webinars, and training sessions, to stay abreast of the latest evidence-based practices in therapy.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $95,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience.
