My name is Muskan, and I'm a Recruiter with Balance Staffing. We're currently hiring Remote Licensed Insurance Sales Agents for the 2026 Annual Enrollment Period (AEP).
Position Details:
Position: Licensed Insurance Sales Agent
Start Date: August 24, 2026
Location: 100% Remote (Work From Home)
Pay: $21.50/hour
Employment Type: Seasonal Direct Hire through December 8, 2026
Paid Training
Benefits after 60 days
Potential for permanent employment based on performance
Job Responsibilities:
Handle a high volume of inbound calls from new and existing customers.
Assist customers in selecting Medicare plans.
Answer customer questions and provide excellent service.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Process payments and document customer interactions.
Upsell products when appropriate.
Requirements:
Active Health Insurance License (valid through 12/8/2026)
At least 1 year of customer service experience (insurance sales/AEP experience preferred)
Availability Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–9:00 PM EST (including overtime as needed)
High-speed wired internet (minimum 40 Mbps download / 15 Mbps upload)
