Job description

Arkana Insurance is a nationwide independent brokerage built to fix a major gap in the insurance buying process. Most homebuyers are sold policies based on speed rather than accuracy. We changed that by partnering directly with home inspectors, ensuring every quote is informed by the actual condition of the home, not guesswork. Founded by an operator who has scaled multi-state insurance operations past $60M in annual sales, Arkana is built on real execution. Our culture is direct and performance-driven. We operate on accountability, follow-through, and ownership. If theres a problem, it gets resolved early. We prioritize steady, reliable operators over inconsistent high performers. We are an output-focused team using modern tools and systems to support a fully remote environment. Our focus is simple: educate, improve, and make great money. Employees here value a no-nonsense environment with zero busywork, honest feedback in both directions, and the opportunity to build something meaningful.

Were seeking a Remote Insurance Sales Representative who can convert warm inbound leads into bound policies with speed and precision. You will work directly with homebuyers through our home inspector and partner channels, providing real-time quotes and guiding clients to the right coverage.
