Delivery Director The Delivery Director role is responsible for portfolio‐level leadership across multiple client engagements, typically composed of several Delivery Managers, Project Managers, and technical delivery teams.

The focus of the role is ensuring delivery quality, operational stability, and client satisfaction across the portfolio rather than managing a single large program. This is an excellent opportunity for proactive, dynamic leaders with great organizational capacity, accustomed to handling multiple tasks, looking to develop in one of the fastest‐growing companies in the industry. What You'll Do Lead Delivery Managers and oversee delivery governance across the portfolio.

Steer your structure to fulfill C-Level established KPIs, including client satisfaction, delivery stability, staffing continuity, operational efficiency, and portfolio performance indicators. Manage multiple concurrent client engagements across multicultural teams distributed throughout the world. Ensure delivery quality, operational stability, and client satisfaction across the entire portfolio.

What we are looking for Degree in Engineering Management, Technology Management, International Business, or related advanced degree preferred. Experience in technology consulting, digital engineering, or technical services delivery organizations where leaders manage multiple concurrent client engagements. Experience leading multi‐project or multi‐client delivery environments, ideally managing several delivery teams simultaneously.

Management experience with proven ability to lead and develop teams. Experience interacting with senior client stakeholders at Director/VP/C-level to manage delivery expectations and escalations. Nice to Have MBA.
