• Conduct initial virtual assessments using specialized teletherapy software that facilitates secure and efficient client evaluations.
• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions via secure video conferencing, applying evidence-based therapeutic techniques in a manner that resonates with the unique needs of each client.
• Maintain thorough electronic documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks governing telemedicine.
• Engage in regular video meetings with fellow mental health professionals to discuss patient progress, collaborate on care strategies, and refine treatment methodologies.

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of a valid and active license (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) to provide psychotherapeutic treatment in the state of California.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills are essential for effectively navigating virtual platforms and building rapport with clients.

• At least two years of experience working directly with individuals experiencing emotional difficulties is preferred.
