100% Remote | Full-Time | Kansas Residents Only

Pay: $11hr to start then after 90 days $12hr guaranteed!

Are you looking for a remote customer service or call center job where you can help people every day?

We're hiring Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) team. You'll answer inbound calls from members across the United States and help them arrange transportation to medical appointments and healthcare services.

You don't need previous healthcare or transportation experience to be successful. If you're dependable, comfortable talking with people, have strong computer skills, and enjoy helping others, we'll provide the training and support you need to learn the role.

This is a fully remote position. Applicants must reside in Kansas.

What You'll Do

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Answer inbound customer service calls in a professional, friendly manner
  • Help members schedule transportation to medical appointments
  • Make changes to existing transportation reservations
  • Process ride cancellations and updates
  • Verify member and trip information
  • Enter accurate information into computer systems
  • Communicate with transportation providers and healthcare facilities
  • Listen carefully to customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Document customer interactions accurately
  • Follow established procedures, client requirements, and compliance standards
  • Maintain excellent customer service while working in a fast-paced call center environment
