Client: Confidential food & beverage manufacturer Environment: Infor CloudSuite Food & Beverage (M3)

Job Description

The Infor M3 Developer supports and extends our client's Infor CloudSuite Food & Beverage ERP environment across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and distribution. This hands-on role builds integrations, automations, workflows, forms, and custom extensions that improve business processes and system reliability, working closely with IT, business stakeholders, operations teams, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and support integrations between M3 and internal/external systems (APIs, EDI, message exchanges, mappings)
  • Build and customize M3 forms, H5 personalizations, extensions, and workflows
  • Troubleshoot application and integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve production support tickets
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions alongside Solution Delivery Managers and stakeholders
  • Support upgrades, release management, testing, and deployment planning
  • Maintain technical documentation and participate in architecture and code reviews


Requirements
  • 5+ years hands-on Infor M3 development experience, including customizations, forms, extensions, workflows, and data flows
  • Experience with Infor CloudSuite Food & Beverage (M3) or another cloud-based M3 environment
  • Strong background building integrations with REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, and mapping/transformation tools
  • Knowledge of Infor ION, M3 APIs, BOD messaging, MEC, and related middleware
  • Experience with M3 H5 scripting, personalizations, and extensibility frameworks such as XtendM3
  • Proficiency in a backend language (Java, C#, Node.js, or similar)
  • Strong SQL skills (Microsoft SQL Server or similar)
  • Familiarity with OAuth2, SAML, SSO, and secure API design

Preferred:

  • Food and beverage manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain experience
  • Experience with WMS, TMS, retailer integrations, or 3PL platforms
  • Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, or Azure AI/Integration Services
  • Experience leading technical design sessions or mentoring developers
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, MIS, Computer Science, or related field; Infor M3 certifications a plus
