Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations for clients, developing personalized treatment goals and plans that align with both clinical and administrative policies.
  • Document the provision of services, tracking individual client progress and outcomes to enhance therapeutic interventions.
  • Engage in regular consultation and supervision with fellow team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Participate actively in multidisciplinary groups, committees, and task forces aimed at refining clinical practices and improving patient outcomes.
  • Deliver specialized clinical services as needed, contributing to special programs and projects tailored to meet specific client needs.

  • Perform various operational tasks, including standing, walking, sitting, and typing, to effectively fulfill the responsibilities of the position.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client base, addressing a broad range of mental health concerns. Our clients include individuals from various backgrounds, including those facing chronic health challenges, familial pressures, career stress, and personal difficulties. You will leverage evidence-based practices including, but not limited to, EMDR, to facilitate impactful therapeutic experiences.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Counseling or a related field, complemented by 1-2 years of internship experience and prior clinical experience.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.
  • Ability to engage empathetically and professionally with a diverse client population.
Preferred Experience
  • Certification in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is highly desirable.
  • Experience in health psychology, particularly in managing chronic health issues and pain management.
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and practice management software.
Compensation and Benefits
