• Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, fostering a safe space for clients to openly discuss their mental health challenges.
• Perform comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs, strengths, and goals, crafting personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based techniques to enhance client outcomes and well-being.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation per practice standards and state regulations, contributing to a thorough understanding of client progress and areas for improvement.
• Adhere strictly to ethical and legal guidelines to ensure client confidentiality and trust in the therapeutic relationship.
• Engage in regular supervision and peer consultations to enhance clinical skills and approaches.

You will work with clients from various backgrounds, including children, families, and adults, who are facing challenges related to anxiety, trauma, depression, and more. This role requires sensitivity to cultural differences and the ability to provide inclusive and competent care that respects each client's unique context and experiences.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of three years of experience in a therapeutic setting, specifically working with children and families.
• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong therapeutic relationships.
• Exceptional organizational abilities and time-management skills, allowing for efficient handling of caseloads and documentation.
• A strong commitment to delivering culturally competent care and ongoing professional development.

• Experience with trauma-informed care and recovery-oriented practices.
• Proficiency in using telehealth technologies for therapy sessions and client interaction.
• Familiarity with community resources and referral systems to enhance client support.
