Who We Are

Geoforce is the world’s leading Field Asset Intelligence provider, on a mission to connect the world’s equipment.

Since 2007, we have helped organizations network the rugged, remote, mobile, and often disconnected equipment their businesses depend on. Today, Geoforce connects more than 250,000 assets across 90+ countries through purpose-built rugged devices, global cellular and satellite connectivity, and powerful cloud software.

Fleet Management solutions were built around drivers and driver workflows. Field Asset Intelligence is built around equipment. By connecting revenue-critical equipment and turning its activity into actionable intelligence, Geoforce helps customers improve utilization, efficiency, agility, and competitive advantage.

We are building and defining this category — and we want curious, confident people who are energized by the opportunity to build something different.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager – Software to own and evolve Geoforce’s core Asset Management and Tracking experience. This role sits at the heart of the platform and focuses on how assets are created, tracked, organized, monitored, and managed throughout their lifecycle.

You will work closely with Engineering, UX, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales, as well as directly with customers, to deliver reliable, intuitive, and scalable product capabilities. This is a hands-on, execution-oriented role requiring strong customer empathy, sound product judgment, and the ability to move fluidly between strategy and delivery.

Success is measured by improving the core customer experience, operational reliability, and real-world usability of the tracking platform.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for Geoforce’s core Asset Management and Tracking capabilities

  • Partner with Engineering and UX as part of a Product Trio to discover, design, build, and deliver customer-focused solutions

  • Engage directly with customers to understand operational workflows, pain points, and usage patterns

  • Translate customer needs and business goals into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria

  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog, making informed tradeoffs to keep delivery moving forward

  • Lead product discovery and validation efforts to ensure solutions address meaningful customer and business problems

  • Drive continuous improvements in usability, performance, reliability, and scalability of the tracking experience

  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Customer Success to support product launches, adoption, and customer education

  • Track and analyze product metrics, usage patterns, and customer feedback to measure success and guide iteration

  • Clearly communicate product direction, progress, priorities, and decisions to internal teams and stakeholders

  • Stay informed on emerging technologies, including AI, and identify opportunities to improve customer experiences, product capabilities, and internal workflows

What You’ll Bring
  • 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager working on enterprise, B2B SaaS, or other complex software products

  • Proven experience owning and evolving core functionality in a live, customer-facing platform

  • Strong customer empathy and comfort working directly with enterprise customers

  • Hands-on mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and detailed execution

  • Strong product discovery, prioritization, and decision-making skills

  • Experience working in agile development environments with cross-functional teams

  • Technical fluency sufficient to collaborate effectively with engineers, including an understanding of data models, system behavior, APIs, and integrations

  • Strong communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to operate effectively in a distributed environment and collaborate across teams and time zones

  • Interest in AI and emerging technologies, including how they can be applied to software products and customer workflows

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, User Experience Design, or equivalent practical experience

Nice to Have
  • Experience with asset tracking, telematics, IoT, or location-based products

  • Mobile product experience across iOS or Android

  • Familiarity with reporting, analytics, or data-driven products

  • Experience with AI-powered products, AI-assisted workflows, or generative AI tools

  • Experience with APIs, integrations, or platform products

  • Experience working in high-growth or scaling technology organizations

  • Experience supporting customers in industrial, energy, construction, equipment rental, or other asset-intensive industries

Why Join Geoforce

Geoforce offers the opportunity to work on a mission-critical platform used daily in demanding, real-world environments. You will have direct impact on the core product experience, close collaboration with customers, and the chance to shape how our asset management and tracking capabilities evolve as the company grows.
