We are a start up that has been around 7 years but is rapidly growing to the point we're now in 300 cities around the country. We recently created a brand-new Creative Team to redefine how we connect with our guests. We are seeking an innovative AI Creative Specialist to pioneer the use of Artificial Intelligence in our content creation process and help shape the future of tourism marketing.
This Position:
Are you a creative visionary who speaks the language of AI? In this newly created role, you will be the driving force behind our AI-assisted content strategy. You will utilize cutting-edge Generative AI tools to produce a vast array of multimedia content: everything from captivating tour scripts and marketing copy to visually stunning graphic designs and web pages. Working closely with our Creative and Marketing Development departments, you will ensure our brand stands out in a competitive tourism landscape.
Key Responsibilities
  • Graphic & Visual Design: Engineer precise prompts using advanced AI image generators (i.e. Midjourney, DALL-E, Imagen) to create high-quality graphics, promotional assets, and social media visuals.
  • Webpage & Digital Content Creation: Assist in the rapid generation and optimization of visually appealing landing pages and web content using AI design assistants.
  • AI-Powered Copywriting & Scripting: Leverage enterprise AI platforms (such as Gemini Enterprise) to draft, edit, and refine engaging tour scripts, website copy, and compelling marketing collateral.
  • Creative Collaboration: Partner seamlessly with our tour operations team and marketing team to ensure all AI-generated content aligns perfectly with company's brand voice, narrative style guides, and cultural sensitivity guidelines.
  • Innovation & Best Practices: Stay at the forefront of AI technology. Continuously test, refine, and implement new generative workflows and prompt engineering techniques to improve the efficiency and quality of our creative output.
Qualifications
  • Creative Background: Proven experience in content creation, copywriting, graphic design, or a related creative marketing field.
