• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health challenges, enabling appropriate and effective treatment planning.
• Design tailored therapy programs reflecting each client's unique circumstances, utilizing evidence-based techniques to facilitate healing and growth.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that emphasize skill-building, emotional expression, and interpersonal communication, guiding clients through their treatment journeys.
• Collaborate closely with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and case managers, to provide holistic care and ensure coherent treatment strategies.
• Engage and educate clients’ families about the therapeutic process, fostering a supportive environment that extends beyond individual sessions.

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals and families facing a variety of emotional and psychological challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Your expertise will help clients navigate complex family dynamics and communication barriers, promoting healthier relationships and emotional resilience.

• Active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and rapport with clients.
• Demonstrated empathy and a nonjudgmental attitude are essential for effectively supporting clients through their challenges.
