What will you be doing:
The Senior Epic Willow Analyst facilitates end-user meetings and provides an advance level of operational, and application build expertise in completing the more sophisticated assignments to meet customer goals and desired outcomes. May lead projects.
  • Performs sophisticated level design, build, and implementation assignments/ projects. Based on deep knowledge of application and operational requirements can translate sophisticated requirement/concepts into functionality.
  • Performs the larger, more sophisticated, and technical assignments/ projects.
  • Participates in re-engineering of operational workflow processes with end-users/business owners.
  • Coordinates and facilitates the integration of end-user/business owner needs and translates clinical/ operational needs and workflow into system specifications and configuration requirements.
  • Provides high-level expertise in design integration and touch points with other Epic modules and/or other applications.
    *Prefer someone living locally or willing to relocate to LA area, but open to remote in Approved States: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Minnesota, Nevada, Oregon, Texas*

Qualifications
Experience Requirements:
Four (4) plus years of experience working with testing/building/implementing Epic Willow IP and Research workflows.
Full Willow Inpatient implementation and support experience.
Project Management experience preferred.
Solid grasp of project management methodologies and experience managing multiple projects.
Educational/Certification Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED required.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare, or related field. (preferred)
Epic Willow Inpatient Certification required. (Epic Research Certification preferred)
