The clients you will serve at Wellspring of Life Therapy Center encompass a broad demographic, including individuals, couples, and families. Many face various mental health challenges, such as relationship conflicts, anxiety disorders, depression, trauma recovery, and more. You will work closely with clients to empower them with the tools and support they need to navigate their unique circumstances.

• A valid and actively maintained state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and rapport with clients.
• Empathetic, non-judgmental attitude, allowing clients to feel validated and supported during therapy.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage a varied caseload efficiently.

• Experience working in a community health setting providing integrated mental health services.
• Familiarity with diverse therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Previous work with specific populations such as children, adolescents, or individuals struggling with substance use disorders is advantageous.
