Key Responsibilities

As an LMFT at Wellspring Shift Wellness, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments of individuals and families to tailor therapeutic approaches to their unique needs.
• Facilitate couples counseling sessions, intervening in conflicts and fostering improved communication between partners.
• Provide individual therapy to clients as needed, focusing on areas such as grief, trauma, and adjustment challenges.
• Specialize in addressing issues such as alcohol abuse, psychological distress, and conflicts among family members.
• Collaboratively develop treatment plans, setting goals alongside clients to measure progress effectively.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and stay abreast of industry standards to enhance client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your clientele will primarily consist of individuals, couples, and families experiencing a diverse range of challenges. Whether working with parents managing disputes during a divorce, adolescents facing identity issues, or blended families adjusting to new dynamics, your role will focus on cultivating healthy relationships and improving mental well-being across the board.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must:

• Hold an active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Possess a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related discipline.
• Be passionate about providing therapeutic services that prioritize patient care.

Preferred Experience

While newly licensed candidates are welcome to apply, preference will be given to individuals with experience in the following areas:

• Working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults.
• Addressing complex family dynamics and issues such as separation, grief, and communication barriers.
• Utilizing telehealth platforms for remote therapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits

Wellspring Shift Wellness offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to generous compensation, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
