Position Overview

The Holistic Counseling & Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide high-quality psychotherapy and counseling services in a remote setting. This role offers a salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 104,000 annually, reflecting the importance of this position in delivering integrated healthcare solutions.

Work Environment

This position is a fully remote opportunity, allowing for flexibility in work-life balance. You will be part of a collaborative team environment, working towards common goals of client well-being and organizational growth. Flexible scheduling options are available, including shifts of either 4x10 or 5x8 hours between 8 am and 7 pm from Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments through structured interviews to evaluate social, personal, environmental, and health factors affecting clients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at addressing cognitive, emotional, and behavioral health needs.
• Provide psychotherapy and counseling to diverse groups, individuals, families, and couples, adapting approaches to suit different dynamics and needs.
• Facilitate crisis interventions and provide immediate resources to clients in distress while guiding them through short-term challenges.
• Establish trusting relationships with clients, maintaining a safe space for open communication and effective healing.
• Regularly evaluate and document the progress of treatment services, ensuring that records are accurate and comply with established protocols.
• Remain informed of evolving best practices in mental health and social work to enhance service delivery.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate additional services or referrals to community resources, enhancing the support network for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The LCSW will work with diverse clients at varying stages of their mental health journeys, including individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, family conflicts, grief, and other emotional challenges. Our aim is to provide holistic support that meets the diverse needs of our clients, enabling them to achieve better mental health and improved overall quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Virginia.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of four years of relevant experience is preferred, we value practical knowledge and insights gained through direct engagement in counseling roles. Experience in therapeutic practices for family counseling, substance abuse, mental health disorders, grief counseling, and relationship dynamics is particularly beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits
