Working remotely for Viva Wellness Center, you will have the flexibility to manage your schedule while delivering essential services to clients. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing clinical services to clients experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, both through virtual sessions and community outreach.
• Establishing trusting relationships with clients to facilitate effective therapy, assessments, and interventions.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement comprehensive care plans that cover a range of services, ensuring clients receive holistic support tailored to their needs.
• Conducting psychosocial assessments, developing integrated care plans, and coordinating access to necessary linked services.
• Engaging in crisis intervention, helping clients navigate through critical situations while adhering to ethical standards and organizational policies.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation for all client interactions, reports, and assessments, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives and team meetings to enhance agency service delivery and foster a culture of excellence.

Your work will directly impact individuals from diverse backgrounds and traditions, many of whom come from underprivileged contexts. This role requires a keen understanding of cultural sensitivity and the unique challenges faced by clients in underserved communities. You will work closely with a wide range of client demographics, including individuals and families grappling with various social, emotional, and mental health challenges.

To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a closely related field from an accredited institution is required.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Colorado.
• Proficiency in risk assessment, crisis management, and recovery-oriented principles.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, demonstrated through client documentation and presentations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client cases effectively and efficiently.

While not mandatory, the following qualifications are preferred:

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience working with the populations we serve.
• Expertise in evidence-based therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, or solution-focused interventions.

Viva Wellness Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
