Job description

For more than thirty years, Inspire Communities and its predecessor companies have developed, acquired, and managed manufactured housing communities nationwide. Today we are one of the country’s largest owners and operators of manufactured housing communities and recreational vehicle resorts. We create vibrant, affordable communities for working families and retirees and attractive vacation destinations for seasonal travelers. With financial sponsorship from one of the world’s largest alternative investment managers, we bring institutional discipline to our entrepreneurial roots and are positioned for continued significant growth.

Why Choose Inspire Communities?

At Inspire Communities, we empower our employees to grow, succeed, and make a difference—both in our communities and in their careers. If you’re looking for a rewarding role where your work is valued, apply today!

Job Summary:
Inspire Communities is seeking an organized and proactive Marketing Intern to support day-to-day marketing execution across our portfolio of communities.
This role is focused on social media coordination, online reputation management, community marketing support, and marketing administration. The Marketing Intern will help keep content moving, maintain active engagement across channels, support field teams, and ensure consistent execution of marketing initiatives.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys organization, communication, and helping marketing efforts run efficiently.
What You'll Do
  • Monitor and respond to social media comments, messages, and engagement in line with company standards and escalation guidelines
  • Manage online reviews and reputation channels (Google, Facebook, listing sites), ensuring timely, professional, and brand-consistent responses
  • Collect, organize, and repurpose approved photos, videos, and content from community teams
  • Track engagement, response times, sentiment trends, and recurring feedback themes
  • Maintain content libraries and support campaigns, promotions, and resident engagement initiatives
  • Escalate sensitive resident concerns or service issues to appropriate operational teams and maintain visibility through resolution
  • Manage incoming marketing requests, assignments, and task lists
  • Track deadlines and support project coordination
  • Coordinate ordering and shipment of marketing materials and promotional items
  • Schedule meetings, maintain notes, and support SOP and process documentation
  • Partner with field teams to support local marketing initiatives and gather content
  • Support local advertising execution and posting schedules
  • Maintain accuracy of websites, listings, and community marketing information
  • Create branded marketing collateral and digital assets using Canva and company brand standards
  • Complete basic CRM updates, reporting, and tracker maintenance
  • Support campaign setup, quality checks, events, mailings, and special projects as needed
What We're Looking For
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to respond professionally and on-brand
  • Comfort managing multiple tasks, deadlines, and requests in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and escalate sensitive issues appropriately
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and online reputation management
  • Familiarity with Canva and digital content creation (or willingness to learn)
  • Comfort working with basic reporting, trackers, and CRM systems
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to support cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work independently while staying aligned with established processes and standards
What We Offer

At Inspire Communities, we value our employees just as much as we value our residents. We offer the following benefits to our full-time (30+ hours per week) employees:

  • Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance with multiple plans so you can choose the coverage that best suits the needs of you and your family
  • Financial Wellness & Savings: Health Savings Account (HSA), Flexible Spending Accounts, (FSA) and other options to help manage expenses with eligible plans
  • Retirement savings program with a company match
  • Competitive time off, including ten holidays, vacation, sick time, and more
  • Work-Life Balance Support: Employee Assistance Program (EAP), LifeBalance discounts, and other wellness resources
  • Professional development resources and opportunities, including tuition reimbursement for qualifying programs

Inspire Communities is an equal opportunity employer. All aspects of employment including the decision to recruit, examine, hire, train, promote, discipline, or discharge, as well as every aspect of personnel policies, work assignments, work environment, and other benefit and privileges of employment, will be based on merit, competence, performance, and business needs and free from illegal discrimination.
