Sodexo's Seniors segment is seeking a high-impact Sales Director to drive net-new revenue across parts of the central US. This role owns the full sales cycle-from market mapping and prospecting through discovery, solution development, proposal delivery, negotiation, and contract signature. You'll partner with operations, culinary, clinical, and finance teams to craft compelling solutions that improve resident experience, drive outcomes, and create measurable value for senior living and senior care providers. This role requires an executive seller wholeads through compelling storytelling-articulating a clear, differentiated narrative that inspires clients to act, builds longterm partnerships, and mobilizes internal teams as a unified force to win together.
Ideal candidate must reside in one of the following states: OH, KY, TN, AL, MS, LA, AR, OK or KS. This is a remote opportunity with expected travel up to 50-60%.
