POSITION DESCRIPTION: 

The Program Analyst is responsible for driving data visibility, operational rigor, and accountability for performance across remediation programs. This role sits at the intersection of analytics, operations, and vendor management, enabling leadership to make informed decisions and accelerate resolution of aged or at-risk cases. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and a deep commitment to delivering results.

This position will be based out of one of our offices in Irvine, CA; San Francisco, CA; Santa Clara, CA or Teaneck, NJ.  Remote may be considered in exceptional cases. 

RESPONSIBILITIES  
  • Design and maintain dynamic dashboards to track remediation pipeline health, aging, throughput, and resolution trends.
  • Build scalable reporting frameworks that provide real-time visibility into key remediation metrics.
  • Translate complex datasets into clear, executive-level insights.
  • Support the build-out and standardization of remediation workflows, tools, and tracking mechanisms.
  • Identify gaps in current processes and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Partner with cross-functional operations, risk, finance, and vendor teams to streamline remediation lifecycle.
  • Establish and execute QA/QC frameworks for remediation cases to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  • Perform regular audits of case handling, documentation, and financial outputs.
  • Flag systemic issues and drive corrective action plans.
  • Define and track KPIs for both internal remediation teams and external vendors.
  • Monitor performance against SLAs, quality benchmarks, and turnaround times.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve vendor accountability and internal execution.
  • Develop clear, concise PowerPoint materials for executive and board-level audiences.
  • Synthesize data into compelling narratives that highlight risks, progress, and strategic recommendations.
  • Support leadership with weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting.
 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 
  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5+ years' professional work experience including 3–5+ years of work experience in fintech, financial services, operations analytics, or remediation environments.
  • Proven experience building dashboards and performance reporting frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to explain complex issues with clarity and empathy. 
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk) and supporting ticketing systems. 
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize competing demands including pursuing/managing multiple threads, making accurate forecasts, and hitting major milestones on time.  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills requiring sensitivity and discretion; strong attention to detail; and the ability to exercise sound judgement.  
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully working on multiple projects, possess the ability to work effectively under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and complete assignments with little oversight.  
  • Advanced working skill set with Salesforce, Tableau, and MS Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint) including advanced Excel formulas (VLOOKUP, if statements, pivot tables). Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker). Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills; experience with SQL preferred.
