With operations primarily conducted through telehealth platforms, you will engage with clients via virtual sessions from the comfort of your home office. • Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health status and therapeutic needs.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on client goals, addressing individual challenges and aspirations.
• Provide individual therapy to adult clients using evidence-based and solution-focused methodologies, fostering a therapeutic alliance that promotes healing.
• Utilize telehealth technology to deliver high-quality virtual therapy sessions, ensuring accessibility for all clients.
• Offer crisis intervention services when required, responding compassionately to urgent client needs and situations.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with the latest mental health best practices and research, enhancing both your skills and our service offerings.

The ideal candidate will work with a broad spectrum of adult clients facing various mental health challenges. From anxiety and depression to relationship issues and personal growth, therapists at Viva Wellness have the autonomy to choose the therapeutic approaches that resonate with their styles and align with the clients they serve. • Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build rapport with clients and collaborate with team members.
• Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage time efficiently among multiple client needs and caseloads.

• Experience in providing telehealth services is highly desirable, enhancing your readiness to deliver care in our remote format.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and the ability to adapt therapeutic techniques to individual client requirements.
• Previous experience in an outpatient setting or a similar clinical environment is a plus.
