This full-time position allows for complete remote work, with therapists utilizing telehealth technology to conduct sessions. This setting not only offers convenience but also enables flexibility in scheduling. Therapists can choose their hours from Monday to Friday, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to accurately gauge clients' mental health status and requirements.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with each client’s unique goals and needs.
• Provide individual therapy to adult clients, utilizing evidence-based and solution-focused therapeutic modalities.
• Utilize teletherapy platforms to deliver engaging and effective virtual therapy sessions.
• Offer crisis intervention services as necessary, ensuring timely support for clients in need.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to keep abreast of the latest mental health best practices and industry developments.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Viva Wellness, you'll work primarily with adult clients facing a range of mental health challenges. Our diverse clientele includes individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. You will have the autonomy to apply your preferred therapeutic methodologies to meet their distinct needs, fostering a therapeutic alliance that promotes growth and recovery.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build rapport with clients effectively.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage a full caseload efficiently.

• Experience working in an outpatient mental health setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapy practices will be advantageous.
• Evidence of ongoing training or specialization in specific therapeutic techniques is a plus.
