• Counsel clients through engaging video sessions, aiming to enhance their mental health and overall well-being.

The clientele you will work with consists of stable adults, all of whom undergo a careful screening process. Our focus is on low-acuity cases, ensuring that severe mental health crises are managed appropriately by specialists in those areas. • A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Current licensure is mandatory; candidates must hold a license in good standing from the state board, allowing for independent practice without supervision. Acceptable licenses include:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
• No provisional licenses or prior disciplinary actions will be accepted.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature are essential.
• Comfortable with technology, possessing adequate computer literacy for online therapy management.

While a minimum of two years experience in mental health counseling is highly preferred, we value diverse experiences and a passion for helping individuals achieve mental wellness over strict qualifications. Familiarity with therapy management software is a plus.
